Dear Steve and Herb,
The Incredible Hulk #167 left me with a question. I can't be the only one with this question. You must have received others asking the same thing.
The question is: if MODOK's giant body can only be defeated by the Hulk why not use this body to defeat everybody that isn't the Hulk? If this thing can take out the Avengers then do it! Take over the world! Once you've installed yourself as supreme ruler, then you can deal with the Hulk.
Just saying that for as giant as MODOK's brain is he seems to go about things poorly.
